Tony has had his hands in clay for longer than he would like to say. His father was a brick and flowerpot maker in the old European tradition. Living and working in the small rural community of Enderby situated in the beautiful Okanagan valley of British Columbia, Canada , Tony carries on the tradition. There are a small but dynamic and ever growing number of fellow artists in this area, attracted perhaps, by the beautiful scenery, four season climate, many lakes and an easy going lifestyle. Drawing inspiration from such wonderful surroundings is what keeps Tony's work fresh and vibrant. Using ages old techniques of working with clay, Tony creates joyful and often colourful work, each piece individually composed so as to give a delightful handmade charm to the work.
